“Spent 2 nights, check in was super easy and the staff was great. Everyone there had a smile on their face and greeted you any time they seen you. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was also very nice. I will definitely be returning. ”

“The girl who checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful i requested a lower floor and I ask abt the stairwell bc I have a Phobia and she took us and showed us where it is and gave us 3rd floor. We ask abt bands and she was so explanatory abt where the 3 areas are that play music. She was kind and never acted as if it was a bother. Smiling and friendly ”
“The only thing I didn't like was not having a coffee pot in the room. It has a kitchen but no coffee pot. For the price I assumed they would have provided one. Other than that my stay was great. I stayed for a week.”
“My stay was to perfection. Quiet, peace, fun, and very comfortably!!! Staff at the front desk were amazing!! Some of Housekeeping could be better with their attitude but they were doing a great job as well!! The breakfast provider made me feel welcomed as if it was bed in breakfast n stayed on top of breakfast items!! The water from a visual eye was not too good but hey it’s west Monroe that’s normal, still felt good!!! 9/10 Good Job wingate!!”
