“l'albergo è grande, pulito e con tutte le comodità-il personale disponibile. unica pecca la impossibilità di alzare la temperatura della camera (veramente troppo freddo abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche delle coperte per la notte dopo) ed il parcheggio che non è riservato ai clienti”

“Pur avendo pagato in anticipo per 2 stanze e 6 persone, al nostro arrivo abbiamo preso atto che le stanze non c'erano: secondo la receptionist avremmo dovuto dormire in 4 in un letto! Abbiamo dovuto andare a cercare un altro Hotel alle 20!”

“Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it”

“La habitación apestaba a cigarrillo, las sábanas sucias, el cuarto habia basura, al mover las sábanas habían cabello y sábanas manchadas, en la tes edición la chica fue super ofensiva, nisiquiera quisimos quedarnos ,como iba ha acostar a mi hija de 3 años en esa cama, la peor experiencia del mundo. “Didn’t have hot water, pool was dirty with sonic wrappers cups and paper plates leaves, had to clean the pool myself as a guest in order to swim, manager wasn’t communicating well I booked a late checkout online out was told later that the hotel didn’t do late checkout out until the day u had to check out therefore the manager was rude and was threatening to call the police on me because of a mistake on there end, breakfast was sparse wasn’t a lot of options was only able to eat egg and...

“I really liked that not only was my room clean it smelled clean too. The staff was very friendly and greeted me on every occasion. I was impressed with the breakfast and it was more than I was expecting. The thing I loved the most was the long hot shower I was able to take. I had such a wonderful time that I am thinking about planning another trip some time soon just for me to get away.”
